Michael Faulkner is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and owner of his company, Faulkner Commercial Group in Tyrone, Georgia. He has been active in Real Estate, Real Estate Development and Mortgage Banking for 29 years in Fayette County, Georgia.  

Mike has been an actively involved and contributing member with numerous professional organizations. He has served in most of the leadership roles with the Fayette County Board of REALTORS® (FCBR) and served as its President in 2002. Mike is currently the 2013 Vice-President of Member and Public Services for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR), served as GAR’s Regional Dire tor for Region 4 for the previous two years, and will be the 2014 Vice President of Professional Development for GAR beginning in November.  

For seven years, Mike served as a Federal Political Coordinator Congressional Lobbyist for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).  He has also served  as an officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, a director on the Fayetteville Downtown Development Authority and Mainstreet Fayetteville for 12 years,  10 years as a board member for Fayette Senior Services, as well as a two time President of Metro Fayette Kiwanis Club.  

Mike is a private pilot and has earned degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University. He and his wife Nathalie have two children, Jacqueline age seven and Thomas age five.
